Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GTO Navigate (the "Service"), provided by Girls Teching Over, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be 13 or older to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed annually in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings → Manage billing.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the initial purchase date. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reselling content, sharing your account, or using the AI features to generate harmful content.

6. Content and IP

All course content, pathways, assessments, and AI outputs are owned by Girls Teching Over or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific career outcomes or job placement.
